I am new to the board surgery is Thursday!!

I just wanted to say I am so excited my surgery is scheduled for this Thursday finally after much work getting the insurance to okay it. I am a little nervous especially since they just called me last Monday and told me and scheduled me so it is happening very fast now that is has been approved.

I love this site (I just found you) so much support what a great place.

Can't wait to report how it went.

Chris welcome to the Mo. Board. hope your lap band is all you hope it will be. Where are you located?Seems like the board is very very slow today. dont know what is going on with everyone.
I didnt have lapband so not a lot of help on what is normal for you all but we do have several lapbanders here and i know they would love to answer any questions you might encounter.
If you live close to Springfield join us this next monday for our Circle of Friends support group.

I too have been thru the insurance "work".... and am scheduled Sept. 22nd for RNY..
