MONDAY'S WHAT ARE YOU EATING? EXERCISING?
Today started the walking 2 miles .....wow we have one hill to go up that is a killer. and my butt muscles and calf muscles are sore ...but we did it in 55 minutes. found a site that said 2 miles in one hour was a good time.
Breakfast: protein coffee
snack : 4 pieces of bacon
Lunch: 9 shrimp
snack 7 mini rice cakes , protein drink
Supper 9 shrimp
snack : protein drink
t.v. watching snack : s.f. choc. fugesycle..

I found some protein powder that I had put in a baggie to take to my mom so she could try it but never did so now I have a little and I found a 1/2 can of slim fast high protein powder that I used for my liquid diet phase so now I can get a little protein in.
B~ protein shake
L~ 1/2 c salad with about 1 Tbls. of dressing
1/3 c. of tuna salad
S~1/2 of a yougart
D~1/4 c. steamed cauliflower with melted cheese
cooked a tv dinner with chicken but didn't eat it only wanted the cauliflower! Might eat something else later like something with protein?
late snack~ probably milk and 1/4 c. dry cereal.

I have been so stressed lately so my eating habits are not as good as I would like. I find myself wanting to sit and eat mindlessly. I need to pay more attension.

L-half nutri system dinner and cantalope
S-grahm crackers
D-hambuger and hobo potatoes
probably an apple with peanut butter later.
Hopefully I will do better with the snacking tomorrow.
