as we get futher out the Exercise part is almost the most important thing, well not really but the farther we get out we do have to exert more energy into losing weight than we did at the start
I hate even the word exercise so you have to find something that you like to do .

Do what Jan did, find a walking buddy....you may even have to buy a run down old house, fix it up and then rent it to someone who wanted a walking buddy too....hopefully not (lol) but find something you like to do and stick with it and you have to make you and it a priority. I have been letting my grandkids keep me from my routine and that isnt good.
