SATURDAY WHAT ARE YOU EATING? EXERCISING?

Good morning everyone!  I hope you all have a wonderful weekend but don't forget to post here I know how busy the weekends can be.

I have had quite a snacky two days.  Yesterday I didn't even write stuff down because I snacked here and there.  I did pretty good in the morning my regular
protein coffee
2 eggs and 2 pieces of whole wheat toast
then things just got out of control and I started eating cheese its and pretzels.  I didn't even measure them out so I would know how many calories I had.  I don't know what is wrong with me lately.  Today I had my protein coffee in the morning.  snack was an Endulge Atkins bar
L-2 eggs and 2 pieces of whole wheat toast
S-was sugar free ice cream with coffee and protein powder mixed in--YUCK!  Through half of that away.
D-2 pieces of Casey's pizza
I am also drinking diet rootbeer which I never drink.  What is going on?

B~ one scrambled egg with cheese
L~ 1 chicken wing with about 2 tsp. of blue cheese dressing
D~very small piece of mexican cassorle.
late night snack~ milk and sf cookie

Today I didn't get much accomplished I wanted to spend the day cleaning but that didn't happen.  I ended up taking a 3 hr. late this afternoon guess I was tired?  Tomorrow I will try cleaning.....

Bev are you not doing any protein drink???? you sure arent eating enough protein to not do protein drinks.....Please Please find one you like before you start getting sick . and being tired is one of the first signs ....
