Weight day of seminar (07/08/06)=438#
Weight day of surgery (11/29/06)=394#

Weight last Friday=181#
Weight today=179#

Weight loss this week=2#
Weight loss to date=259#

that is the doctors scale and it weighs alot heavier than mine does, on mine i am 162, I lost 2 1/2 pds and I dont want to lose any more I look like a dried up prune now...lol

Well I think I am stuck but that is alright because my clothes just keep getting bigger and bigger..

Highest weight      332 lbs
surgery weight       304 lbs
weight today           262 lbs

                                    42 lbs since surgery
                                    70 lbs total     that just seems unbelievable

okay this gets boring!!! I havent lost anything in a long time, well pounds, I am still losing in inches

Weight before Surgery - 550 lbs

Weight 2 weeks ago at the doctors - 358 lbs

Total Lost so far - 192 lbs

I havnt weighed this week, I forget I can go over to Jan's and she'll let me weigh on her scale lol She did lend me a measuring tape so I've measured myself, now if I can find where I put my last measurements lol.

I get discouraged cuz it'll be 2 years this Nov. since I had surgery and i really thought I'd be done losing weight by now, Im not even close, Im a lil over half way there but I guess when ya look at the over all picture its not bad.
