FRIDAY'S WHAT ARE YOU EATING? EXERCISING?

Ok, we will try this again!  No one posted anything on Thursday so I hope today is better?  If no one is interested in keeping this post going then we can stop it?  I just thought it would be a good way for us to be accountable and help one another but maybe not?

I haven't posted on here because all I am eating is soup and cottage cheese..Thought I would wait until I can eat a few other things  first. But I would enjoy seeing what everyone else is eating and how much..

Sorry I didn't post yesterday because me and the family was at the state fair.  I didn't to bad. 
B-2 eggs and 2 slices of whole wheat toast
I ate that in the morning before going to the fair.
At the fair I ate--
An atkins endulge bar
10 peanut butter filled pretzels
half a turkey leg (my hubby and I shared one and I ate on my half throughout the evening.)  I was proud of myself because I didn't buy anything on my own.  I just had a few bites of my daughter's funnel cake.  After a few bites my 8 year old daughter says to me, "mom you better not eat anymore, I don't want you to dump).  She is my police!  I also ate a banana.  I think that is it.  I didn't near the water I should have but I am working on that today.  As far as excersising---well, I don't need to explain that.

I am 5 weeks out as of Aug. 12th.  Food doesn't appeal to me.  Today I had cream of wheat with unflavored protein powder for breakfast.  I had 4 Ritz crackers with PB mid morning.  Lunch is meat loaf and a spoonful of potatoes. 

My dietician says 3 meals a day and no snacks but I am trying to get in more protein so I have some kind of protein drink of food mid-morning and sometimes in the afternoon.

OH AND I ALWAYS FORGET I STILL WALKED 1.5 MILES AFTER IT QUIT RAINING EVEN THO ANDY IS SICK..... HOPE MY WALKING BUDDY IS DOING OK.

Breakfast - decaf coffee with cream and splenda
Lunch - 1 mexi-melt from taco bell (made me )
1/2 glass of hawaiin punch (still sipping on this at 4:30p.m.)

Dinner - not sure yet, it is my fiancee's birthday so he gets to decide, I am hoping chinese because I want some soup, but we shall see

B~ was running late so only got to eat like a piece of cheese off of a cheese block (not much I know)

L~ again didn't have time for lunch had to run home and let the pups out so stopped by McDonalds got what I thought was ok one of those fruit and yogurt cups (never again dumped once I got back to school)

D~ Went to Cracker Barrel ordered sampler platter with a slice of meatloaf, slice of ham, chicken and dumplings, green beans, hashbrown cass.  No I didn't eat all that!  I had probably 3-4 small bites of eat item then the rest now sits in my frig.

S~ probably milk?


I was so disappointed this evening cause I went to Hometown Buffet (not sure if you all know that rest.?) It's kind of like Ryans or Golden Correl.  Well anyway I showed them my little gastro card and they said they wouldn't accept it.  I was mad cause I used it before at this rest. in KC but here in Wichita they say no.  I took my card and left.  I thought I am not paying $11 for a buffet when I only eat about 1/2 c. of food and they won't let you take what you don't eat home, I don't think so!  At least at Cracker Barrel I don't mind paying for a full meal cause I can take home left overs.  Anyway people stay away from Hometown Buffet they don't like gastric bypass people!!!!

Ok exercise well didn't do any offically just ran my butt off walking the halls of the school all day!  Man I am glad it's Friday I'm tired!
