Medicaid transportion

 Here's the number for transportion to any of your doctor appointment's. They only charge you a $3.00 copay.
 To schedule a trip ( 3 day's in a head of time) 1-866-269-5927

Before my first trip with them I had my doctor write me a letter of medical necessity to be sure I was able to get it, and that is the only letter you will ever need.

I'm not for sure if they except any other insurance but if they don't I'm sure they can get you a number.

I just wanted to add that Karen aka Proudmawmaw owns a medical transportation company and gives people rides to doctors and such---I'll call her and ask her to post more info on it here.

is there a email for this as i am deaf and cant always find some body to call for this...would like to use this in future as im sure its to late for mondays ride now

 Sheila hun I really don't know if there's an email or not. I'm sure there has got to be away for you to contact them. Look at Angie's post right above our's. She said this lady is one of the driver's so I'm sure she would be able to help you out. If you are able to get a hold of them today you have time.
