THURSDAY'S WHAT ARE YOU EATING? EXERCISING?

Sorry everyone that I haven't been keeping this post going daily recently.  I just started a new job and had training and orientation things like that so I have been busy trying to get through all that.  I will try to post these the night before so they will be there for you all to post on during the day.  I just have to get into a routine with my 2 jobs and home life.

B~ 6 oz yougart
s~ sf cookie
l~ 1/2 bean burrito
S~ 1 small cream cheese roll up
D~ 3 small boneless chicken wings with dressing

Bev where is your protein for the day....not enough there...

oh i forgot to post what i did for exercise , i walked one and one-half mile.

Jan,

Yeah I know not enough protein!  I ran out of protein powder and right now can't afford to buy any.  Since I started my new job we only get paid once a month so my first paycheck won't be until 9/15.  What I get paid from Dillons which isn't much is only enough to buy my gas to get to work.  I will get some protein powder in two weeks with a check I'm expecting but until then I have to do with what I have but it will get better.

later snack 7 mini rice cakes.
