Any word on Deb, Jen, Liz, or Brandy?

Just wondering if anyone had heard from our 8/11 girls yet?  I am getting everything packed & ready to go for early in the morning.  I talked to Lori earlier, around 2 or so & she was ready to hit the road.  Lynn, Mom & I will be leaving about 5am tomorrow I have to be there at Missouri University at 11 am and my surgery is at 1.  We are leaving WAY early, but we're trying to beat the St. Louis traffic.  I sure don't want to be late for this appointment.  lol   Hope our girls are doing great, I'm sure they are.  Love ya all, Angy

im sure they are fine but it always makes me nervous when someone doesnt let us know.
wish we knew....does anyone know where their surgeries were and what their last names are?
if you do could you call their hospital and find out how they are?????

I hope you have a safe trip and return just as safe!! You are in my prayers, as are the others from yesterday and today!! I am so proud of you all and hope when it is my turn I will do as well and be as brave!!!

  Hi Angy!!!!  I am Debbie's sister n law ( I just uaually say sister :) ) and she might get to come home today. I talked to my brother,her husband, and she was down doing the leak test and chest x-ray.  She had it rough in surgery. The staple gun misfired and when they rolled her, her incision broke open and they had to put the staple gun back in and restaple her whole incision and the Dr said it was like doing the surgery twice. She has been in alot of pain and not feeling so well but she is up walking around alot. I know she has asked the nurses about you and was trying to find you. I think she has talked to Jen and I can't remember the dark headed ladies name that was in our class on the 25th. My surgery is Monday the 18th at Missouri University and my name is Laura Calvin. I hope everyone gets to feeling better soon. Take care.

My surgery went well and I am home now.  The gas pain is killing me though.  Debbie was being released right after me.  Carie was released at the same time.  Angie still has one more day so should be coming home today and she looked well when I left.  I don't know Lori, sorry.  Unless she was Angie's roomate, in that case she is doing well lol.

I am so glad to hear that your surgery went well. Deb had some troubles in the OR with the staple gun misfiring and they had to go back in and restaple the whole incision line when it busted open. She is in ALOT OF PAIN. The ride home sure didn't help things either. I will be going down and staying with her at night since Gail has to work the night shift on his construction. I will be going thru mine on the 18th too so please pray for me .
