Sunday's WHAT ARE YOU EATING? EXERCISING?
Ok, I have a good recipe that I want to share with you all so I will do that now and later post my daily intake. Sloppy 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil Heat a large skillet
2 pounds ground chicken or turkey breast (I used ground turkey)
1 carrot, peeled and chopped or grated
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 yellow onion, finely chopped
2 to 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped or grated
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar (I used splenda brown sugar)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 to 1/3 cup hot sauce (recommended: Frank's Red Hot)
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup chicken stock
8 good quality burger rolls
1 cup blue cheese
2 large dill pickles, chopped
B-protein coffee
S-none
L-Salad with a whole can of tuna in it! radishes, onion, cucumbers, almonds, dried cherries, carrots, green peppers and salad dressing. I would have put tomatoes in it if I had them. This salad was the bomb!
S-I got some Best Choice no sugar added vanilla ice cream and some diet rootbeer and made a float. OMgoodness! I have been wanting a rootbeer float forever now. The sugar free ice cream was better than blue bunny. I wouldn't eat it every night because there is some carbs in it but for a treat---absolutely!
S-a few peanut butter filled prezels.
D-probably a small hambuger on my george forman and some hobo potatoes. I will throw in some sort of veggie.
