total calories 1232 if i eat my snack after while if not will be 1100 calories
Im about to pop
80 grams of protein
80 ozs of water.
nothing great what puts it up pretty good is the yogurt....other things i ate
breakfast 2 slies bacon
slice cheese, 30 minutes later protein drink
snack crackers and cheese.
lunch protein drink
snack protein drink
supper stew, chicken salad crackers
snack planed for later yougart of 100 calories.
walked 1.60 miles today in 24 minutes i think it was,,,,what did i tell you Andrew 24 or 27???
burned 90 calories doing that then worked in gardens most of the day.

Hello everyone!
I went shopping today for school supplies for the kids.
B-protein coffee
B2-2 eggs
2 pieces of whole wheat toast with a little butter on it.
S-banana
S-pretzels filled with peanut butter
L-half taco salad from Taco Bell (I probably didn't even eat half)
S-fourth cup of dark raisonettes
D-half cup of hambuger helper
half cup cooked beats
10 french fries
here is where I went crazy!!!
S-14 vanilla waffers!!!! I felt sick. I knew I was eating them but I couldn't stop eating them and then I felt sick. If I do something stupid like that I need to suffer the consequences.
1596 (or less, I really am not sure) 80 protein
Hope to have a more controlled day tomorrow.

Dinner - about 1 cup of eggplant parm. 4 slices of cucumber
Snack - about 10 pork skins
Walked with Jan today, we did 4 times around, w00t. Jan I think you said it was 27 mins.
I got in 135 oz of water today, I feel water logged lol.
