I am wondering if there is a website I can go to and input what I ate and how much and it will keep a log or atleast tell me how much protein grams and calories I am getting? I thought this would be a good and simple way for me to keep track . Thanks!!
I use FitDay its at www.fitday.com its like an online journal, you can input what and how much you eat and it will calculate the calories, protein etc. Hope that helps.
