feel better

Btw after losing roughly 70 lb.s went to the mall with my sons and grandbaby (see my new pic's joy joy!) first time I've been to the mall and haven't had to spend over half my time there sitting down, then going home in agony for day's hips, feet, back. I actually got up this morning and felt good no aches (except for the blister from new shoes) amazing ! I used to recover for a few day's after the dreaded mall. really I just wanted an excuse to direct people to my new grandbaby pic's lol lol.

Isen't shopping fun!    I shop at thrift stores and garage sales so I don't feel guilty about shopping.  Congrats on a fun time and many more to come.  God bless, Penni
