FRIDAY'S WHAT ARE YOU EATING? EXERCISING?

Sorry guys about not keeping this post going for several days I have been out of town.  Lets keep this post going and help ourselves and others with what to eat or not to eat!   I will post my stats later right now I have to get ready for work.  Take care everyone and have a happy day!

Yesterday was sorta a hard one because I went to the mo. state fair.  I did really well except I ate a corndog. (460 calories).  I didn't go over my calories.  Hopefully I will do better today.  God bless, Penni

I am trying to up my protein and water so today I had protein bar 19 for breakfast
lunch taco
snack 42 oz protein
snack  lattee with skim milk
supper pork and sliced tomatoes
and water all time

I got in my 80gram of protein,and so far have gotten in 64 oz water and  990 calories. Yea!!!!
I am pushing it and trying Sugar.
Didnt walk again this morning because baby girl was already up and clinging to me.
will start again in the morning i promise, what i have done for exercise for the last two days was a lot more tireing than walking any amount.
I still havent lost even a 1/2 pound since uping my calories but havent gained any either. My legs are getting firmer and stronger since i have been walking. trying to get those muscles firmed up for the next knee surgery.

Breakfast - Protein Shake
Snack - 2 Peanut Butter Protein Balls
Lunch - Protein Shake
Snack - 1/2 doz pork skins
Dinner - Salad with sliced ham and low cal italian dressing
                 1/2 cup of fresh turnips cooked
Snack - I'll prolly have a couple Protein Balls

I drank so far 120 oz of water

I walked about 3/4 of a mile

Ok I know I haven't been doing as well as I would like but I'm trying it's just been stressful lately.  I did break my stall though and I think it was all due to my thyroid being so low cause since my dr. upped my meds and I have been thaking that all of a sudden I started losing again.

B~ 8 oz soy milk
S~ nothing
L~ small salad with about 2 tbls of tuna salad and about 2 Tbs. of cottage cheese
S~ 1 SF cookie
D~1 small and only  1/2 of that baked potato topped with a little cheese and ground turkey sloppy joe stuff I made. (buffalo sloppy joes is what it's called) 

I'm sure I didn't get in enough water still working on that did switch my tea to decalf so that helps.
