HELP

I keep wanting to eat slider foods instead of things that are good for me, I just cant get lined out..when i eat good foods for me, they stay with me but if I eat anything different thats all i want. now I dont feel good.. I couldnt sleep for about a week now I cant get enough sleep, I feel terrible.. I leave the carbs alone it just pretzils and my lattees is the only thing I get carbs from...maybe I need to up my protein, I just have no energy anf dont want to get dressed and go anywhere, and I am not usely like that.....help.....vesta

Vesta keep a food journal for a few days , everything that you put in your mouth and what you drink ....you will be able to look at it and see what it is that you need.  either more water, more protein, more exercise or more calories. if by chance all of these are good. then see your doctor something else is going on.

When I eat carbs all I want is carbs.  About 2 weeks ago I started drinking my shakes in the morning again and I can tell a big difference with upping my protein.  I think doing that would be a good thing for you to do.  I also got my labs done and found out that I was low in B12 and anemic.  I am taking my shots every month again and now am on a super iron pill that I have to be on for 4 weeks.  I am 2 years and 8 months and I needed to get back to basics.  Well, good luck and God bless, Penni

Dear Vesta,

Hi there sweet friend of mine.....Im sorry to hear this is going on-because your right-that just isnt YOU!  Can I get personal and ask a couple of ? from you?  How are you doing on your vitamins?  Did your PCP ever put you on anti depressants?  You dont have to answer me-these were just 2 things that came to mind.  You have worked SO HARD to get to where you are-that I just wanted to give you something else to think about, in case its not the carbs.

tks alot girls, I will start keeping a journel, also I am taking my vitamins and have upped my protein, and am trying to get more water in..yes the doctor did put me on some antidepresents and they help with that,  but this is just feeling weak, so we will see what the more proteins and water will do for me, tks so much you are all so sweet  and inportant to me..I will confess I started drinking diet cokes and that is a no no. I am getting off them now, they are not worth it.....love ya all...vesta

be sure and journal your calories too. I am discovering as everyone has been telling me that upping them is making me feel less and less tired all the time. , I havent gained anything from doing it either.
