Fuzzy Navel

Good Afternoon Everyone,
  Got my nectar samples i ordered from Enjoyhealth today.I tried the fuzzy navel and it is something i can actually drink that is not GROSS. It kinda taste like watered down O.J. But lots better than these nasty advantage,adkins,and slimfast. Also got samples of Kiwi/Strawberry, and Natural Orange. If they are as good as the fuzzy navel i will be ordering more.
   Just wanted  to share that with all the others getting ready for surgery.

Hi Deb!  I just got my samples today too, but havent tried them yet.  I got  Strawberry Kiwi, Chocolate Truffle and Cookies & Cream.  Did you see the $$ on the price sheet?  They are $44.95 through Syntrax, but you can get them for $25 through Vitacost.

 

Sorry, I just realized that you ordered yours from Enjoyhealth.com.  I got mine from that # that I posted a while back.

Thanks for the message about nicotin. I really do need to read more .I just found the message today lol.I stopped smoking the
14th of July,so i hope that will be enough time,they do the nicotine test the day of surgery.
 I've only lost 13lbs ,I hope I am  loseing enough, I am just so afraid something will mess me up and i won't be able to have surgery. If it isn't one thing making me nuts it is something else. 
 Are we suppose to have loose stools? I have only had them twice.
Is that how it cleans us out? because if so it ain't working for me.

Hi Deb!   LOL  that's funny that you just got that message.  I've been doing really well.  I can't believe how fast our dates are coming.  This liquid diet is going better than I thaught it would.  I have only lost 9 lbs so far.  I don't think there's any set amount that we have to lose.  I've been loosing a pound a day, so I can't complain about that.  I have lost 21 lbs since the seminar so I don't think that's too bad.  I can't wait to get the surgery & have even more weight loss.  I am sooooo excited.

As far as the loose stools.  I haven't had them either.  I think tomarrow I am going to get some magnesium citrate & drink that just to make sure everythings nice & clean in there.  lol

yeah, it's in the pharmacy section.  It used to be in a little green glass bottle.  Not sure if it still is or not, but they should have it.  Seems like it's only a couple dollars too.   Make sure you put it in the fridge so it's real cold, then chug it as fast as you can.  the taste isn't the worst, but definitly not the best either.  Good Luck!   Happy poopin'!   lol

That is so funny.  I told Deb we would go and get that tomorrow so we make sure she is cleaned out and I am going to do the same when its close to my surgery  on the 18th.

I know that stuff will be gross that we drink but Hey we gotta do it!!!lol  When was your surgery and what can you tell me about Dr De La Torre?  He seems really nice and like he knows what he is doing?
