WHATS HAPPENING WEDNESDAY
Hey Everyone,
Hope everyone has had a good day, thank goodness it wasnt so hot, hope it continues to cool off a bit. Today we didnt get much done, I had to go to the doctor today so that took up a good part of the morning and into afternoon. I had to go back to get my b.p. checked and the swelling in my legs. The b.p. was down, yay, the swelling in my legs is still there tho, he adjusted what I am taking and hopefully that will help, if not next month he'll order a test or two to see why they are still up like that. I got my blood work back and all is good with my vitiman levels and all, actually a couple were a bit high but thats ok, he did say my bad cholestoral was high, told me to take fish oil for that, dont understand why that is high, i dont eat fried foods or anything and do watch what I eat, oh well. On the way home from the doctors I started getting dizzy, dunno why, I been dizzy most the day so hopefully that'll clear up, maybe its just the heat or something, who knows.
Jan, yeah I forgot to tell about that, Im now wearing a pair a pants I havnt been able to get into in ages, w00t w00t
oh and at the doctors when I got weighed, I had lost another 4 lbs, w00t w00t 
the girl at the front that checks ya in said " what in the world are you doing to loose so much" LoL
Well its been a sorta busy day and Im tired, I fell asleep during So ya think ya can dance so I missed who won, dang it lol Hope everyone has a good night.
