frustration with my surgeon's office (Dr Price)
thanks for the reasurance, I will hang in there, I don't have much choice. I do hope it gets better. It's not giving me very much confidence in them.
How long did it take fiserve to approve you? I've been calling them weekly, so far (2 weeks) they have nothing.
I've not gotten a call back or an email response. Perhaps they need to hire more people or quit accepting new patients if they're so far behind. I've read on here where patients were approved by insurance then subsequently had to wait for months for a date from their surgeon (other surgeons, not Dr.PRice) I just don't think that is good practice.
We already wait long enough, to be told you're approved but your surgeon can't fit you in, is just downright rude, I think.
Keep your fingers (and toes) crossed for me!
