Morning or Afternoon?
I ALWAYS weigh myself in the morning. I pee first, then weigh myself.. it's even better when I'm undressed getting into the shower! lol As long as you weigh at about the same time each time you'll get a consistant weight loss... if you start weighing at night, weigh at night. If you like the morning reading better, weigh in the morning. Either way you weigh it's going to be falling off of you soon!
Christine and I have the same technique, the naked-post-pee weigh-in. It's my weighing routine and has been for as long as I can remember. I agree though, that you should definitely stick with either morning or evening. While a switch from an evening weigh to morning would probably be a pleasant surprise, the switch to evening from morning may not be a happy trip.
