Friday's WHAT ARE YOU EATING? EXERCISING?

im afraid i didnt do very well at all today.
protein shake
banana
7 mini rice cakes
5 pieces of popcorn chicken
protein shake
protein bar
hanburger pattie about 1/2 of it
lettuce, tomatoes and water melon
protein bar
i thinhk i did ok on the protein but not sure about the calories....

I do wish more people would do this it does help to be accountable. 
B-protein coffee.
B#2-2 eggs with 2 slices of whole wheat toast
L-zone bar (fruitified blueberry)
S-zone bar (toffee)
S-banana
D-smart ones weigh****chers
S-sugar free pk. of cookies and pretzels filled with peanut butter
S-protein coffee
S-popcorn with spray butter
I had to many calories today and way to much salt.  Not good choices.
Calories-1700 Protein-135

Friday

Breakfast - Protein Shake

Snack - 7 Mini rice cakes, carmel flavored

Lunch - 4 oz grilled chicken breast, 1/4 cup of fresh carrots cooked,  2 bites of baked potatoe with real butter. 

 Snack - None

Dinner - Protein Shake

Snack - 10 Mini rick cakes

Drank 120 oz of water

I walked 4 times around which is about a mile, w00t!!
