Friday's WHAT ARE YOU EATING? EXERCISING?
im afraid i didnt do very well at all today.

banana
7 mini rice cakes
5 pieces of popcorn chicken
protein shake
protein bar
hanburger pattie about 1/2 of it
lettuce, tomatoes and water melon
protein bar
i thinhk i did ok on the protein but not sure about the calories....

I had to many calories today and way to much salt. Not good choices.

Breakfast - Protein Shake
Snack - 7 Mini rice cakes, carmel flavored
Lunch - 4 oz grilled chicken breast, 1/4 cup of fresh carrots cooked, 2 bites of baked potatoe with real butter.
Snack - None
Dinner - Protein Shake
Snack - 10 Mini rick cakes
Drank 120 oz of water
I walked 4 times around which is about a mile, w00t!!
