you can get free samples of Nectar by calling  1-866-333-7403 & requesting them.  You will probably have to leave a voice mail, but they will get back to you in a short while.  They will also send a catalog if your a bariatric patient.

I was just thinking today I wanted to get try some of that.... I was in a car accident several years ago and my head went thru the windshield and pulled alot of the hair in the front out by the root and it did not come back! I have fine hair anyway.

I have been concerned about getting protien in early out from surgery in hopes that I would not lose so much. I got a case of the Grape Frost Isopure that Sugar uses but it is very expensive and I wanted to try some other things too.
