Thursday's WHAT ARE YOU EATING? EXERCISE?

Sorry it's taken me all day to get this started I was in a hurry earlier I had to get to work so I didn't have time to post before work. 

So how did we do today?

I didn't do to bad today eventhough I went to Sedalia with my mom in law.  I had protein coffee for breakfast, snack was a banana, lunch golden corral (chicken cabob, small salad, couple bites of sugar free white cake and some sugar free chocolate pudding, supper was frozen pizza with cut up onion, green peppers and mushrooms with extra moz cheese, s-sugar free choc pudding.  Right now I am feeling alittle queezy because our air conditionar is not working.  My stomach feels funny, hope it wasen't the mushrooms.  Everyone have a great sleep and we will talk more tomorrow.  God bless, Penni

B~ 1/4 of Bacon, and tomato sandwhich (really didn't eat all of that)

L~ 1/4 c cottage cheese, one tomato slice, and one pickle

S~ 1/2 of a Blueberry yogurt cup (which is normally 6 oz)

D~ 1/2 c. of chilli and 1 very small piece of corn bread with a little pat of butter.

S~ 8 oz milk and 1 SF cookie

I didn't get any exercise in today will go to the gym tomorrow!

yesterday I had
protien shake for breakfast
1/2 peach nectar juice..1/2 rise and shine cyrstal light 1 scoop powder about 16oz alltogether
2oz of colbyjack cheese on the ride to work
s---pure protien bar---19g protien 180 calories
L---south Beach box dinner--240 calories 24g protien
s---pure protien bar---19g protien 180 calories
D---1/2slice of spinach bake with spoonful of cottage cheese topped with a handful for cheddar cheese and salsa...mmmm yummy

I also had 1 s/f fudgecicle and about 9 jolly ranchers
the fudgecicle was my dinner dessert and I suck on the JR throughout my workday to get me through the time I am having to do without something to drink....I take 2 bottles of water to work with me and drink those before going home....after getting home I will consume about  30 more oz of cyrstal light or water before bed
my weightloss has tapered down to about 1-2 pounds a week now
could be because of the extra calories but I am so active at work I have to get in the calories or I find myself lightheaded and ready to pass out.
I try to swim in our pool every night and Dean wont let me go out in it unless I drink a shake or eat a protien bar first because I almost passed out once from to much activity and not enough calories for it.  I seem to walk a fine line there.
not riding the bike much..it is just tooo humid for me to do that kind of excersizing....but itll cool off and Ill be doing that instead of swimming.
not sure how many calories Im getting each day
but Im sure trying to make sure I get in 80 grams of protien from shakes or the bars because my hair is in such bad shape.
I take 2-5000mcg of Biotin a day and have added Lysine to the mix to see if that helps any.
along with my equate flinstones chewable 2 a day and my chewable calcium 2 a day
1 B12 shot every 2 weeks

I mostly feel pretty good and looking forward to being under 200
