6 Months Out and Feeling Hungry

I am a little over 6 months out and I am feeling quite a bit of hunger now and seem to be eating more than what I was previously.  Is this normal?  I wouldn't be so upset, but I haven't lost in about 2 weeks - actually went up about 1.5 lbs.  I've got 22 lbs until goal and really want to make it.  I hope I'm not done losing.

Thanks
Renee

renee from the looks of your diet you might be like me and not eating enough. yeah i said not enough. i am trying to up my food intake to about 1200 calories a day, every one that i have talked to , different people that study health and diets say anyone has to have that much to just run the body.
so count your calories and see how much you have there, it looks pretty slim,
dont stop with your protein tho. ok

Hey Renee we are at the same stage of our journey and I know how you feel.  I feel more hungry now then I did just a month or two ago I was wondering if that was normal too?  I haven't lost any weight for like 4 weeks well, I would go up a pound or two then drop back down I kept doing that for the last 4 weeks so I'm like stuck.  I was told by others to up my protein and watch my carbs guess it doesn't help that I don't drink all my water either?  It's frustrating after losing so quickly over the last 6 months then all of a sudden you stop losing and then hit a stall.  I think I liked the first several months when I didn't feel hungry and had to make myself eat....lol

It could be that you are not eating enough protein.  For the whole first year I had a protein shake everyday.  Somewhere along the way I stopped drinking them in the morning and I craved carbs like crazy.  Last week I started my shakes again and wow what a difference.  I am not nearly as hungry as I use to be.  You should up your protein.  Believe me it is very normal at this stage in the game to stall.  You are not done with your weight loss there is no possible way.  Just be patient and make sure you continue doing what the doc tells you to do and you will start losing again.  Have a great weekend.  God bless, Penni
