you cannot have cottage cheese, even a little!! on the hornbostel liquid diet you get slimfast, broth, diet no sugar drinks, diet jello, sugar free popsicles and that's IT!! sorry sweetie, thems the rules...and that includes waiting for ice cream to melt to liquid lol.
