This will be a daily post to help us all see what we are eating daily and be more accountable to ourselves, also to help the newbees see what not to eat and what is best to eat.  If you can post also the calories and protein in what you are eating that will help.  Please also include water and protein shake intake.

This is also a post for your daily exercise routine.  Please list what type of exercise you did and for how long you worked out.

Ok I did this through www.fitday.com to calculate information.

B~ 1/2 c. cream of wheat with about a tsp. of butter (this was also made with lowfat milk.

S~ Mocha Cappuccino protein drink 8 oz

L~ 1/4 c. of angel hair pasta with a pat of butter and one small meatball and 1/2 c. of cucumber salad

S~ 2 oz small chicken finger and about 1/2 Tbls. of blue cheese dressing

D~1/4 of a small baked potatoe with a pat of butter topped with cooked broccoli, and 1 oz of cheese

S~ probably another protein shake

My total intake for the day is:

Calories = 1134
Fat = 44
Carbs = 110
Fiber = 5
Protein = 71

Now it seems like I had a lot of carbs and fat?  Not sure why the carbs are so high?

Water (ok I'm not a big water drinker but I'm working on it) I got 1 20 oz bottle down however I have drank a few glasses of iced tea (does that count?)

Exercise ~ walked dogs 30 min, rode my bike for 30 min.

Hey Bev,

Your carbs are prolly that high because of the Pasta and Potatoe, even tho you had just a small amount those are items are loaded with carbs.  Also  iced tea if its not decaf  cant count as water intake because of the caffeine.
