BAM SMOOTHIE
I was wanting something swet tonight and couldnt come up with anything by itself so I put together a smoothie that turned out so good I have to post it.
WARNING not a good source of protein, but good if you have your protein in for the day!

BAM Smoothie aka (Banana Apple Mango Smoothie)
1/3 large Banana
2 Wedges of Apple peeled
1/4 Mango peeled
1/2 Cup Skim Milk or Substitute
1/4 Cup Non-Fat Yogurt
2-3 Packets of Splenda to taste
1/4 Cup Water
2-3 Ice Cubes
In a blender (I use a Magic Bullet style blender) add all ingredients in order from top to bottom and blend until smooth.
There is not really a great amount of protein in this drink but you can probably add some Vanilla Protein powder to add more protein.
