Protein
I went to GNC at the Battlefield Mall yesterday to get some grape Isopure to try. While there the salesman recommended the Cytosport Protein watermelon flavor and I bought one of them to try. Haven't tried the Isopure but the Cytosport over ice isn't bad. Too sweet but doable. It is 100% whey protein isolate , 0g carbs and 0g sugar and 40g of protein. It's an option anyway and not thick like the bullets. I still like the grape bullets but I will report on the Isopure later. Sugar really likes it so I hope I do too.
