Breakfast: Bowl of oatmeal
Lunch: one slice of bread with three thin slices of turkey (deli)
snack: about 5 wavy potato chips
dinner: about one cup chicken and noodles (my homemade), fresh tomato wedges (3)
snack: will be a protein bar
Instead of eating a snack after lunch, I walked 2.5 miles.
I am still terrible about drinking the protein shakes. I am working on it but as you can see, not today.

Snack - 2 small peanut butter protein balls
Lunch - Protein Shake
Snack - A medium sized tomatoe and 3 slices of cucumber
Dinner - 1 polish sausage link about 2oz
1/2 med. sized tomatoe
1/2 cup or so of salad
Snack - will prolly have 1/2 cup of S.F. chocolate pudding
I prolly should be drinking another protien shake but lately all i can get down is 2, well most the time thats what I remember to drink.

1 Protien bar--- 180 cal.----20 g. o. p
Snack----banana 200 cal----2.5 g o p
Lunch- 5 chicken nuggets 250 cal.---14g o p
apple slices 35 cal.---
9 small rice cakes 70 cal----
Snack-grapes 50 cal--- .5g o p
Dinner- about 2oz of meat 75 cal--- 15 g o p
cantaloupe - 20 cal. .3 g o p

Totals 1108 calories and 84.3 grams of protien
I've also taken in 62 oz of water today. plus my 16 oz of Isopure = 78 oz of liquid
I feel like a real pig next to the others and what they have listed.
My exercise for today was swimming for about 2 hours and getting out and digging a big hole in my yard...

B~ Breakfast stuffed Pita
which consist of = 1 egg, 1/2 oz cheese, 1/4 c. of morning star breakfast starter (has green pepers, red pepers, onion, and the fake sasuage), salsa, and 1/2 whole wheat pita.
L~ 1/2 Bacon sandwich
1 slice of bread, 2 slices of center cut bacon, 1/2 slice cheese, 1 slice tomato, 1 tsp. mayo.
1 dill pickle spear
S~ about 1/4 c. cucumber salad
1 c. soy milk
D~ 1/4 cup of spaghetti and 1 meat ball
S~ since I haven't had a shake today I will have one of those.
Now, I don't know how many calories are in all this or protein but maybe someone can help me figure that out? I guess I need a Calorie book or something????
Breakfast:: Protein Drink made with laxtose free milk 190 cal.
snack protein bar 180 cal.
lunch : 2pieces of deli ham and slice of cheese rolled up ?????
snack 1/2 cup of grapes 55 cals
later snack : protein drink with flavored water 120 cals
snack : 4 protein balls 180 cals
supper: 1 whole meds size port steak (eaten over a period of half hour ????
all of that should be more than a 1000 cals plus i am drinking my 3 protein drink for the day now. which will be another 120 cals. i feel stuffed and puffy for sure.
