Walk for Obesity Oct 4th in Kansas City

I am going to join the Walk for Obesity in Kansas City on October 4th. It is a 3 mile walk. Anyone else going to walk or want to join me and my grandkids? Get more info on walkforobesity.com website.

I would love to do this!!! I wonder if I would be ready to do it yet though, if I have surgery on August 11. I would be almost 8 weeks out so I would think I would be. I will check out the website and get back to you! Liz

Where do you attend a support group? I don't think that I am ready for a walk like that yet.  I tried to go to the web-site, isn't it
