kcmetro support group

with regrets i announce that our support group is suspended.  Tony called this morning and said we will not be able use the church anymore because there will be no one to open the church as Tony is having back surgery tomorrow morning.  They will not give the key to anyone except him.  I have not heard from anyone planning to come and with the people who moved our attendance has been so low.  If anyone has any suggestions, please email me.  until further notice we will not be holding any kcmetro meetings.  I sure hope everyone continues to remember to get your proteins and vitamins.  It is a must for your continued success and good health.  Colette

I sure am sorry about that, it is so important that everyone find a good support group to go to.
It has been proven that the people that succeed at this journey are the ones that attend a support group
love and hugs maybe you can come down to one of ours sometime. I know it is a long ways but if you could get some to come with you and share the gas might be possible.

I am sorry to see this happen. I hope that Tony's surgery and recovery are going well. I will miss being a part of this group. We will keep in touch.
