I haven't been on here in a few days... Almost a week or so. I am just busy getting everything ready for the BIG DAY!!! I like to have all my ducks lined up in a row. I am soooo excited, but nervous at the same time. I am trying to remember every little thing I have read in my binder. I am MOSTLY afraid of forgetting about taking the Magnesium Citrate the day before. I am starting to feel like this is surreal. I cant believe I have less then 3 weeks and I will be starting a whole new life, journey a NEW Lori. I am still kind of in shock. Usually, things just dont go my way. And, this has all worked out in everyway... I feel it is meant for me to have this surgery.. I have several ppl that I know that have been considering it, but were afraid too. But, want me to go 1st and see how I do. LOL. Well, thanks to everyone that has been there for me to talk with, cry with and just ask some really outlandish questions...

I am so happy for you, my surgery is in 8 days and I am a little  scared too!  I am looking forward to starting a new life without the weight also.  I am on day 6 of the liquid diet and it is not so bad now, I still have a hard time when I cook for my family, but this will pass very soon.  Again good luck and if you have any questions pleas feel free to ask me ok.

Hey Girl!  I have been feeling the same way.  Both of us are going to do great!  Do you have to do the pre-op class?  I go Friday for mine.  It's an all day thing so I think we're gonna get a hotel.  (((HUGS))) Angy

Hey you ,I will pm you on the day before your surgery to remind you about the mag. citrate, and then do it every 15 min. just to keep you on your toes lol lol lol, keep in touch, susan ps ps the mag citrate really wasn't near as "exciting' as I feared it would be, I was afraid it wasn't working! I guess if you are on a liquid diet there isn't all that much to "go"
