My insurance is making me mad!

I called my insurance company today to check on my approval for surgery and they still say they have nothing in my account.
SOOOOOOO, I emailed Sandy again and she said she would go fax it again and let me know when she gets confirmation again. 

I really would like to know what the heck is going on. My file was submitted to them by Sandy around June 24th and they still have nothing?!? I'm really getting irritated.

Gee, that seems to happen to a lot of us that go to that office.  Stay on her and follow-up.  Donna

This isnt Columbia is it??? They are notorious for losing files and not getting paper work in order from things Ive heard. So sorry for your problems...
