I bought the powder of the Optima Slim Fast. Now, my question is it says to use skim milk, which is the only kind I am use to. Can I still use the skim milk while on the liquid diet? I was thinking no cuz of it needing to be water... Should I just keep it and use water and freeze it to make it seem like a shake?

i cant see that it would hurt , i didnt have to be on the liquid diet before i had surgery. They dont say a clear liquid diet before surgery do they? If not stated a clear liquid diet then i would say you can use skim milk.....

Skim milk is fine cause I used 1% milk to make my slim fast shakes during my liquid diet.

Thanks everyone! I didnt know Doctor came to this site, LOL!! How cool is that??? I did some price checking and the powder you get 14 shakes for $7 something instead of 6.98 for 6 cans!!! I am excited!! Have a great week everyone!!
