Is There A Difference Between The Magic Bullet and Other Hand Held Blenders?

I bought a small, light weigh blender for my protein shakes and it didnt do the chore... Is it REALLY necessary to have the "MAGIC BULLET" and the other small handheld type blenders? I was wondering if maybe I can just stir up the shake? I was thinking about getting the bullet, but was wondering if I need all that? Thanks!

The Magic Bullet is AWSOME well worth the investment!  I got mine after I had surgery cause everyone had one and said how great it was and they were right you can do so much with it not just make your shakes and it's easy to clean more so then the large reg. blenders.  I got mine at Bed Bath and Beyond had a 20% off coupon so it was reg. like $59 and I got 20% off that so it wasn't too bad but like I said I love it and use it all the time.  I would highly recommed it treat yourself to this you won't regret it.... Good luck on your up coming surgery!
