WHATS HAPPENING SATURDAY
No it isn't all from the liquid diet. When I was diagnosed with diabetes in april of this year it scared me really bad and I went on the diabetic diet. So I have lost 11 lbs from the liquid diet (which I thought I would lose more 
and 21 since going on the diabetic diet. Wished I could stay on the diet but I don't think I have the will power without some help..
