PLEASE CONT' PRAYERS--CASSIE ON VENTILATOR

Cassie was in surgery for over three hours yesterday, they found a leak and repaired it.  Now she is heavily sedated and on a ventilator.  She will remain on the vent for at least three days.  The doc expects at least a week if not two in Medical ICU.  Again, I expressed to her mother the support and prayers of all you wonderful folks on the board.

I agree, I would love to send her a card. How do you guys do that without putting addresses on the internet? She will be in my thoughts and prayers today. I looked for a Cassie in the member list, what was her user/profile name, the only Cassie I could find was from several years ago. Liz

I too would send her a card if someone could post the hospital address.  I'm so very very sorry to hear of all the troubles she has had but also know we serve an all powerful God that can take good care of her. I will continue to pray healing for her. bec

My Prayers are with Cassie, her family, as well as her friends! Please let her know that the prayer warriors on here are very good and have the Faith they need to help pray her through. God, we hold Cassie up to you, asking that You, Mighty God! Take her in yours arms and hold her close to you, as your child! Wash her fears away! Calm her mind! Help her to find Peace in You! Open her heart and let her feel Your love, Dear Lord! You know what's going on there! You are in Control and we Believe that You can Heal Cassie, Dear Jesus! Please Heal her, make her stronger, help these doctors find whats wrong and be able to fix it.....guide them Lord, guide their hands and their minds Lord! Bring Cassie back to us, Dear Lord! We, as your humble servants beg mercy and healing on this issue, Dear Lord, not just for Cassie but for her family and friends as well ,Sweet Jesus! Help her Dear Lord, Help her! Thank you, in Jesus's name....Amen!!

On of my OH friends is CassieL and I know she was scheduled for surgery recently in KC.  Is this the same person?  So sorry to hear of her problems.  If this is the same person, she has the same doctor I have. I will include her in my prayers.  Please keep us posted.
