Plastic Surgery Qustions

I know there is a plastic surgery forum, but it is so busy that it is hard to find the details I'm wanting.  I was wondering from you Missouri folks who have had plastic surgery -  Who did your surgery? What surgery(s) did you have? Did insurance pay? What was the approval process? Do you have other procedures planned? Thanks for the help!  I had a surgeon picked out, based on reputation, but found out they do not accept insurance.  I'm not sure about my chances for approval, but I know a lot of people have had success with that.
