I posted the other day about getting sick after eating some pork, well Sat. I ate only like one bite of dark meat chicken and again got very sick.  I got to thinking about this and wondering what the corelation was and realized that both times that I got sick I took a b-complex right before eating.  I have since stopped taking the b-complex before eating and haven't had any more problems with meat.  Has anyone else had this problem?

Bev I've always taken mine once a day in the mornings and I've never had a problem like that so far, its always had the opposite effect on me I believe but like Jan said everyone is different,  I'd contact Margie if it keeps up.

Hi Bev, are you taking liquid or pills? I know when I first starting taking it in liquid form, it wasn't a very good brand, it was made with alcohol and i had to take 3 tbl, of it, and made me puke as soon as i laid down, since then I got a much better quality online only 1 tsp a day that I mix in with my protein drink, I can't even taste it and my nausea went away completely. Today was my first day (2 mo's out) of trying in pill form so I will watch and see what happens, if I start getting sick , I will go back to the liquid, I think that is easier for our bodies to handle anyway. I got mine  online california institute of health " coah" 2 bottles for around 20 dollars, it lasts a long time since you only need 1 tsp. anyhow good luck to you, susan
