Revision Surgery

Has anyone had a revision surgery? If so, could you tell me about it? I had my lap-band done 1 yr ago & I've had problems with it since (possibly going into my 3rd surgery now). So I'm wondering about my options now. If anyone knows of a GOOD surgeon (that does revisions) in the St. Louis city (preferred) or county area, referrals would be appreciated. Thanks all!

I dont  know is Dr de la torre does revisions or not, but he and Dr Scott are both at DePaul. I would start there. I used Dr d for my RNY and the staff there are great people. I will email one of the girls up there and see if she can tell me then I will repost as soon as I hear from her.

There is a revision fourm here on OH so I would go there and see what they say there will be several there that can give you some insight.  I wish you the best, and hope you can find a WLS that will work for you and not cause you anymore problems. Marylin
