Waiting for Insurance Approval

All my paperwork was in last Friday and was being given to the lady that submits it to insurance. Now I'm waiting for approval. I have several of the co-morbidities including sleep apnea so it should be approved. I'm so looking forward to getting approval and a date for surgery. I have Aetna insurance. Anyone else have Aetna? How did they work for you? Jo

altho i didnt have Aetna , i had Medicare, hope and pray that you get your answer from them soon . It is very dishearting to have to wait. Welcome to the Mo. board JO and we are looking forward to getting to know you better. and will wait with you in getting approval and then a date for surgery.

I don't have Aetna, but I wish you peace while you wait....that was always the hardest part....waiting and waiting. It's like watching grass grow...it takes forever. But let me assure you once you get approval your head will be spinning with planning and appts. Let us know if there is anything we can do to help you along the way...
