OT: Kansas City Homes

I have a class assignment in which we have to plan the expenses of a move from Kansas City, MO to Virginia Beach, Va The home we are "moving from" is a 1750 sq ft 3 bedroom that is rented....my problem is that I can not find a website that will give me the approximate monthly rent. The yearly household income is $80k If someone can help me with the approximate rent and utilities or has a website which will give me cost of living expenses I would greatly appreciate it.

Why don't you go to the Virgina Forum and post your problem there.  Maybe you could get some 'down home' advise.

That is why I posted here for some advise on the Kansas City, Mo side of the project. Living in Florida I have no idea but it doesn't look like this is working so I will have to try and google some info. Thanks anyway
