Rules of the pouch

hey all, I had surgery back in Feb '06 and lost a little over 100 lbs, then gained 30 back. :(. I feel like I've stretched my pouch back out. as I can eat a LOT compared to what I think I should be able to. My doctor left St. Johns and I've felt pretty alone in this journey for a long time.  Does anyone have a copy of the rules of the pouch anywhere? Jan, love hte new pic. You are awesome!! When is the Springfield support group? They never started one in Lebanon like they had talked about. Tracey the Circle of Friends next meeting is on the 27th of this month at 6"30 at the library center  on Campbell. would love to see you there. and yes i dont think i could come anywhere close to doing any of this if wasnt for our support group.  Please come to the meeting i know it will help you a lot.  thanks for the compliment on the picture. i feel so much better if only my joints felt better now.  OH HAPPY MOTHERS DAY.

You are welcome to come to the new Osage Beach support group.  It meets next on June 11 at the Osage Beach Library at 10:00.  We hope to take a group trip down to Springfield at some point.

Dr. Edwards is still at St. John's and took over the entire program including Dr. Hodges patients. The support group meets at St. Johns second Monday of every month (I think). I always have my grandson and cannot seem to make it to a meeting.
