ATTN!!!! MEL NEEDS MORE PRAYERS!!!

ATTENTION MO FRIENDS!!!!! Our friend Mel needs more of your prayers!....Janet text with me till about 3am last night about Mel.... Mel called her in and was in a lot of pain...So Janet went down to take care of the kids so that Terry could take her to the ER. After hours and hours Terry finally called her back..At first they thought Mels hernia had burst....But after tests they found it was constricted....They even called in a sergeon. There is a possibility they can get her comfortable enough to go back to Joplin for surgery but ... SHE HAS TO HAVE SURGERY IMMEDIATELY!!!! They are going to do another test this morning and decide more.... But PLEASE PRAY FOR HER!! Immediate surgery means she wont be able to attend her mothers funeral. I know that is going to be even harder on her..... I don't think the arrangemenst are even completely set yet....Janet said she should know more today.... When I hear from her I will make sure I post more info.. Thanks ahead of time for taking time to pray for Mel and for her family..... Luv & Hugs...Tammy~ammy

wow when it rains it pours doesn't it---I'm so sorry to hear Mel is having so much more pain and stress than she needs right now---she's in my thoughts and prayers

Oh my gosh I was afraid of something like that. I would think she would be better off going to Springfield to St. Johns at least they have a weight loss surgeon there. would know what he was doing anyway.  I hope they can find what is wrong exactly and get her fixed up. I wouldnt think she would have time to drive all the way home . that is very serious very serions.  let them know that i am praying without ceasing till i heard something ...

What a bum deal!  I don't know what else to say.  I don't know Mel, but I do feel so much sympathy for her right now.  I can't imagine what she's going through.  Everything is piling up on her... I hope all goes well and she heals well FROM EVERYTHING! Christine

My goodness.  She has been through so much.  They say that God never gives you more than you can handle, but some times you wonder when stuff like this happens back to back.  I will be praying for her and her family. ~Angy
