What did you eat first?
i thought i was starved and stopped at KFC and bought a small cup of mashed pots and gravy, took two bites and was done....and by the way i dont eat mashed pots and gravy now, too many carbs..i do eat baked sweet pots tho. very very good low in carbs good for you.....

I had cottage cheese, and it was the best darn cottage cheese i had ever tasted. Now i'm kinda sick of it. I also had cream of wheat with splenda...one serving made up lasted me 5 days!!! LOL. The prepackaged mashed potatoes are pretty good too...just make them runny so they don't get caught...i liked the roasted garlic flavor and would make potato soup with chicken broth and the potato flakes.....one cup broth to 3 tablespoons flakes. You aren't really eating for substance right now...just slowly introducing food back into your revamped system...take it slow...from personal experience I would tell you to stay away from scrambled eggs if you can...they seem to be pretty heavy and sit like a rock in the stomach...i didn't tolerate them well and i have read from several others they had the same experience. Concentrate on getting your protein in and work food in when it's convenient. You go girl!!!!!!!!!!
