WHATS HAPPENING WEDNESDAY
Everyone, I miss coming to groups also but I meet with the personal trainer at 7 on Mondays and Wednesdays (like in 30 minutes) so I can't come to the meetings.
We went to the Dominican Republic for vacation. My parents paid for it and it was WONDERFUL. I was really worried about the plane seats but I fit in fine and all went well. The beach was awesome. First time I have really got to enjoy a beach. The one and only time I was at the ocean was just for a few hours on a tour bus. Now I have to get back into healthy eating mode... Mary from Edwards office called this morning and said that they "think" they have it figured out and will hopefully know by this Friday but no promises. They still think my insurance should pay for it and I don't think they should, which they won't. I saw a post about COF being on a different night so maybe I can make this one! Will read on. Jennifer
I took care of myself already. I know what caused it, and I have hopefully remedied it... it's a husband/child issue 
Today was a new day and I excelled! I didn't have anything at all that I wasn't supposed to have! only 8 more days and then I'll be going into surgery. This next week it is crucial for me to stick to the slim fast. It shouldn't be too much of a problem. It's going to be a pretty busy week. I've just got to get passed the weekend.
I made an appointment with a psych in Sedalia that deals with obesity and obesity surgery. I want to get a jump on any issues that may come up after surgery. My first appt there is May 29th.
Well, that is all for me. I just wanted to be honest about yesterday and brag about today! lol Hope everyone has a good night!
OH! Has anyone heard from Lori (Dying2bethyn) ? It's been a while since I've seen her on the boards or IM'd with her. Hope she's well. She's got a lot on her plate. Christine
