I can not get the liquid b vitamin down! It tastes so awful that I can't even get past the first sip. What else can I do? I would appreciate any suggestions. Meg

I bought some liquid vit b online, i only have to take a tsp. i just mix it in with my protein drink, i can't even taste it. try mixing it with your most flavorful drink. good luck, i feel ya, took me a long time to get it down til i figured out the mix lol

Oh quit your whinin'!!! LOL. I didn't say it tasted GOOD...I said it was better than the crushed version. And believe me it is. You gotta do what you gotta do for the first month and then you can take pills again. Why do you think I had "extra" bottles??? You'll be fine....pull yourself up by your boot straps and move on with it...you can do it...remember...you're a rock star!!!!!!!
