I'm not completely distressed...i've had weeks where i lost 1.5-2 pounds and then bam...as emeril would say....off comes 6.  But this week I haven't lost any and i don't know what to think about it.

Well first off relax, it's not broke.  It's early and you are still recooping.  You are a light weight it will come off slower so just relax and enjoy the ride.  The other thing is be sure to keep drinking,....if you don't drink it will slow you down too. Hope all goes well for you and hugs you will be fine. Marylin

gosh no honeymoon isnt over it hasnt even gotten started yet. Did you measure yourself before you started? measure again. you are porbably losing inches. Our bodies do this stuff in sort of stain steps.  lose weight, for a few weeks then stop and catch up ...sort of a cool off . also it is a good time to up the protein some and also up the water intake. ok///take it easy. Mine came off slow since i was a lightweight too but it all came off.

I know you're right....just still have the "failure" demons sitting on my shoulders.  They are hard to shake, but I'm working on it.  I need to just break up with my scale and forget it exists.  Weight loss is inevitable...so why worry about how fast...right?
