3 month update

Hey All, As of yesterday I was 3 months post-op. Doin fine with everything. I have loss 58pounds since surgery and a total of 73 pounds from my highest weight. I have loss a total of 39 1/2 inches.  I will post 3 month pics today or tomorrow.  Take care all and God bless, Tammy V.

congradulations you are doing so good, are you still drinking your protein shakes? get good at those since they are what will keep you healthy.
