How much have or had you lost at 1yr out?

Hi Yall..... I am happy that I have lost 177lbs so far. But at times I worry I'm not doing as good as I should have. In 2 days I will be 11 months out and I was wondering on average how much most of you lost at about 1 year out??? I know that it verys for each person and I figure how much you weighed from the beginning matters too. I started at 474. I would like to hear from you no matter what size you started at but would really like to hear from any of you that started at 400+.....Thanks....Tammy~ammy

I started at 325 pounds and won't be at my 1 year annv. till June 19th, but I have lost 135 pounds to date. I have been back and forth 5 pounds for the past 6 months. My goal was to be under 200 by then, but I have been stuck at 200 forever it seems.  Maybe with the weather getting nice, and my walking getting back on schedule, I'll get under by the time my first annv. comes around. YOU are doing great!

Hi Tammy, I was at 298 when I started and lost about 125 by my first year. I am now at 1 year and 2 months and I have lost 130...it varies so much for each person that I wouldnt go by that at all. You seem to be doing great. You will reach plateaus all the time and stay a weight for a month or two and then start losing again. Kick up your protien intake a little, drink more water and work out a little harder and it will start to come off again. What kind of exercise are you doing? Sometimes I think it helps to change the exercise plan a little too. Do something different so your body has to readjust to a new type of movement. Try some Yoga for core strengthening. Hang in there it will start melting off again.... Jan says you live over by the 100 mile yard sale...that must be a fun thing.
