You girls are just too exciting!
I'm of coarse pre-op still for several months... working on 6 mo supervised diet... but I just get excited to read all the success's it helps keep me from being discouraged with all I've been through... I'm so happy for you girls! My week: Highest weight two weeks ago 315 Weight last week 309 Weight today 300 Weight loss this week: 9 lbs Tammy~ammy, I got some sugar free snack pac pudding and mixed my protein powder in it.... it wasn't bad at all! I remember a long time ago you saying you did that when you were on the pre-op diet, and then later advising others... I was in Wal~Mart passing the pudding and I remembered you saying that.... it's going to be a big help to me.... thank you for that bit of advice even though it really wasn't to me and a long time ago... I sure don't care too much about that protien but am drinking it at least twice a day pre-op so as to hopefully drop some weight and build muscle mass, and hopefully in a few months when I do have the surgery I will heal a lot better... I am diabetic and have trouble healing anyway.... I have to say it again.... I'm excited for your success this week! bec
